Great staff, efficient, in and out quickly!
Dr Stein & her staff did an excellent job in preparing me for what was to be done both before & after the procedure, she was very informative & made me feel comfortable all the time I was there.
Most all were extremely congenial. I did not care for the phebotomist as she did not listen to me about where to put the IV. Nor did she use a butterfly needle as I requested. It hurt the entire time she was trying to find a vein. I had a bruise the size of a silver dollar.
