Being curious of why I have not heard anything I ask a lady a the front desk why haven’t I been informed of NOTHING SHE STATED OH HE IS ALREADY IN PROCEDURE ROOM… (pissed) I mean it would have been courteous to just be told that instead of nothing at all… while I’m still sitting here I’m livid seeing how nice the staff being to others treated kindly and taken back to their family or friends… like why though… for me to be in medical field I will never make no one feel the way this place have made me feel today… after procedure doctor TOBKES AND MS. Julia was a breath of fresh air…I thank you two for being so kind.
